Fresh citrus juice
(lemon/lime) |

| In a collins glass, place mint and a teaspoon of sugar. Crush the mint using a muddler. Add rum and citrus. Mix again with muddler. Finish with soda water followed by crushed ice! Marischino liquor
(sour cherry) |

Fresh citrus juice (lemon/lime) |

Sugar |

| Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and ice. Shake well. Strain into sugar rimmed martini glass. (Note: Ernest Hemingway preferred fresh grapefruit juice!) |

Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice |

| In a tall glass, pour grenadine in the bottom. Then, fill with ice. Slowly add grapefruit juice and finish with rum. This cocktail should appear layered, but should be stirred before drinking... |

| Add all ingredients to blender, including ice. Blend well and serve in martini glass. (Note: This is the same cocktail as the "Hemingway" but it is frozen!)

| In a bucket glass, add rum and crème de cacao. Fill with ice. Finish with Cream. |
